I wanted to extend my gratitude to you because you were sincerely kind, caring, and compassionate. Your phone etiquette was very professional but yet warm and sincere. You truly made me feel that I was the most important person at that moment and that you were willing to do whatever you could to assist me in getting help with my water bill. I will never forget that kind, dedicated and sweet voice that assisted me in my time of need. I pray that Human Utility and your family enjoy your holiday!
